What We Offer:
Three Delicious Meals Daily: Feast like a yogi! Keep yourself fueled up throughout the day by consuming three delicious and vegetarian meals every day, which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday.
Refreshing Teas::Alongside our meals, we serve refreshing teas, juices and drinks to keep you hydrated and energized throughout the day.
Special Dietary Needs:We also accommodate vegan and gluten-free diets. If you have specific dietary requirements, please inform us before booking to ensure we can cater to your needs. Severe food allergies may not be accommodated during the training so it's important to communicate in advance about any serious allergies.
Sundays for Exploration: Sundays are all exclusively yours to explore. We do not serve meals that day. Giving you the opportunity to explore the delightful cafes, restaurants around Rishikesh and enjoy the local cuisine.

Yoga is a path of self-mastery. Following the daily schedule with sincerity and consistency is essential for your progress and the collective energy of the group.

All classes are mandatory. In case of illness or emergency, please inform your teacher. Uninformed absences are considered a serious break in discipline.

Please arrive on time. Late entries disrupt the class energy and will not be permitted once a session has begun.

If you plan to skip a meal, kindly inform the kitchen in advance. Conscious living includes mindful eating and avoiding waste.

Our training space is dedicated to your inner work. Guests and unrelated activities are not permitted during the course period.

Smoking and alcohol are not permitted during the training.

This program is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. Those with severe health conditions should consult a doctor before enrolling.

Evaluation And Certification

Assessment includes a short written assignment on yoga theory.

You’ll be evaluated on your teaching of asana, pranayama, and meditation.

Minimum 90% attendance is required for evaluation.

After successful completion, you’ll receive a Yoga Alliance USA certified 100-hour certificate.

Eligibility

The only prerequisite for our students is that they have an open mind and a thirst for learning and follow our Code of Conduct. At least 6 months of practice is recommended (though not required). Upon acceptance to the course, the student is expected to be present for every class and complete the coursework diligently.
